Leading Educators develops teacher-leaders in order to increase faculty effectiveness, retain talented educators, and ultimately raise student achievement in high-need schools. The DC Regional Office seeks a Program Director to undertake management of the regional Leadership Coaches, direct coaching of participants in the Leading Educators Fellowship, relationship development, and continued program development. The role reports to the Regional Executive Director and has primary responsibilities around coaching, formal trainings, leader impact projects, problem solving communities, and school visits trips. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to improving high needs schools through coaching and training.
