[YEP-DC] We need men! Become a CPE Mentor today!

We need men! Become a CPE Mentor today!

Nationally, 41% of low-income students will enter college, while only 8% will finish by their mid-20s.

Since inception, 99% of Capital Partners for Education (CPE) graduates have gone on to college and 70% have graduated on time.

Founded in 1993, Capital Partners for Education (CPE) works with motivated, low-income youth in the Washington Metropolitan area to get to and through college. This year, CPE will enroll an additional 50 male high school students, most of which will be the first in their families to finish college.

If you are a college graduate and work in the DC metro area, you already have all of the skills to succeed in this program. We provide training and ongoing support throughout your mentoring relationship, so all you need to do is be yourself! Mentoring with CPE is simple:

·         Monthly in-person meeting

·         Weekly email exchange

·         Weekly phone calls

We need your help—become a mentor with us today!
