Advertising Sales Coordinator
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), an early childhood educational association is seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Coordinator. Major job responsibilities include: maintaining and selling advertising on print, digital and online platforms, and researching new industry-specific and industry-related advertisers nationally. Ad Sales Coordinator will also create, negotiate, and maintain media plans and act as the liaison between advertisers and Creative Services to ensure all critical deadlines are met. Candidate will work collaboratively with the Finance Department to ensure all advertisers have been invoiced and are in good standing.
Job applicant must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, customer service, and problem solving skills. Position requires proficiency in Excel, Word and CMS systems (i.e. Sugar). A demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as succeed in a team environment. Travel to Association Conferences twice a year is necessary. Bachelors Degree and 2 to 3 years of advertising sales experience required. Salary range $40-$45K with good benefits.
