HSF is hiring! We have three job openings to be filled immediately. Read on for specific information regarding each position.
This is a great opportunity to join the nation's largest not-for-profit organization supporting Hispanic higher education. HSF's mission is to strengthen America by advancing the college education of Hispanic Americans. The available positions are as follows:
Controller (Los Angeles, CA)
Help maintain and promote the financial health of the organization by managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity. Develop and manage the accounting and financial reporting policies, procedures, internal controls, and segregation of duties.
Campus Engagement Manager (Los Angeles, CA)
Provide direct services to scholars, linking them to campus resources and the support they need to be academically successful. Direct scholars and alumni to leadership, academic and professional development. Develop and maintain relationships with college/university administrators to secure scholar access to enrichment programs and leadership development, creating a student support network.
Outreach Coordinator (Midwest Region)
Collaborate with the outreach team to ensure consistency of program implementation and lead administration of outreach events. Work with outreach staff and event contractors to plan and execute educational programs. Coordinate research that identifies target school districts.
