General Description: Center for Inspired Teaching seeks a creative thinker, and highly skilled and disciplined researcher to serve as Director of Research and Program Quality. The Director leads the organization in conceptualizing, organizing, and implementing a rigorous research agenda that supports Inspired Teaching's work with teachers and schools, and in conducting comprehensive evaluation of each program to ensure program success and inform ongoing program improvement. The Director of Research and Program Quality reports to the Managing Director and is a member of the organization's executive team.
