The Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) seeks an Assistant Project Director to provide leadership and management in its Family/Community Engagement and Early Childhood Education programs.  IEL is national non-profit educational organization located in Washington, D.C.   Since 1964, IEL has been at the forefront of innovative efforts to bring together leaders in education, workforce development, and child and youth serving systems.  For IEL, deep and purposeful collaboration is essential to positive outcomes for children and youth.  IEL has a strong track record of accomplishment, a well-respected and engaged Board, and a positive and collegial staff culture and environment. 

 

IEL is seeking an individual to serve as a core member of project teams working with several communities to support systemic family engagement and linkages between early childhood programs and community schools.
