Hank Janney is retiring this week, making this coming Sunday his last two shows.

The Bluegrass Show airs from 8 pm to midnight. August 26th will be the final Bluegrass show(s) on WGTY.
He had his blue grass store in Gettysburg for 25 years, been on the air on WGTY for 16 yrs....(BU reporting DJ).
It's bittersweet for sure.....but he's overdue for a bit of travel and f.u.n!!! He has no plans to quit his MC work out at Granite Hill because that's May and August, not weekly.
Hank's shows had a good mix. He had the guts to play Hazel...Wilma Lee and others. He referred to them as "his Moss Bucket".
