Apply to be a Teacher Leader with the T3 Initiative by April 14th!
The T3 Initiative is an innovative, teacher-designed program that recruits, develops, and supports effective, experienced teachers to serve as Teacher Leaders in high-needs schools.
The T3 Initiative creates cohorts of highly effective and experienced teachers, provides one-on-one Teacher Leader coaching, and supports Teacher Leaders in leading their peers to accelerate student academic outcomes school-wide. Teacher Leaders also receive a $6000 annual stipend for their work.
For the 2014-2015 school year, the T3 Initiative is partnering with six DCPS schools: H.D. Woodson High School, Kelly Miller Middle School, Marie Reed Elementary School, Roosevelt High School, Sousa Middle School, and the Walker-Jones Education Campus. We are currently accepting applications for teachers to serve as Teacher Leaders in those six schools.
