Per our quick phone chat, the Riverdale Park Arts Council holds its 7th annual arts and music festival -- ArtsFest2014 -- this Sunday from 11 to 5 pm. A last-minute cancellation by a performer has left us with an opportunity for a bluegrass band to perform for about one hour beginning at 11 am. We can pay up to $300 for the performance.
