[YEP-DC] Summer opportunities at Mundo Verde PCS

Join Mundo Verde PCS's robust summer program! The program serves current Mundo Verde students and is full Spanish immersion. MV is seeking to fill the following summer positions:

• Literacy Coordinator & Special Ed Teacher* 

  The Summer Literacy Coordinator & Special Ed Teacher ensures that all students are making progress in reaching his or her literacy and IEP goals through a variety of strategies and ensures teachers are given tools to differentiate in the classroom. 

• Teaching Staff (Leads, Associates, PK Assistants) All summer teaching staff will ENGAGE in a wide variety of OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES with the students including water play, area walks, trips to gardens and Rock Creek. We are seeking a summer team willing and EXCITED to dig in the dirt, get wet, sweat in the summer heat and give our students a chance to do what kids do best…learn through PLAY!
• Specials Teachers* (dance, yoga, art, PE, martial arts, soccer, chess, etc.) The Summer Specials Teachers provide a meaningful enrichment experience and bring a camp-like experience to our students. 

* NOTE: These positions may be filled by non-Spanish speakers if the applicant has the qualifications required for the job.
