Capital City Public Charter School seeks an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Chief
Operating Officer (COO). The COO is a key partner and advisor to the Head of School (HOS) in
establishing and implementing organizational strategy, culture, and vision. As an essential member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the COO partners with school principals, other senior leaders, and the HOS to realize the school's mission and goals. The COO should be a strong leader within the school and a strong voice for the school in the broader community, building partnerships and representing the school in a variety of settings. As part of a collaborative work environment, the COO manages a team that includes an Operations Manager, Business Manager, IT Manager and Director of Student Information Systems. Recent growth and expansion at Capital City has laid the foundation for further strengthening of our program and impact. The COO will help drive our innovative and mission-driven organization toward realizing ambitious goals. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader committed to education reform.
