WE"RE HEADED BACK TO THE STERLING GOLF CLUB for the summer.
Weather is forecast to be in the low 80s on Sunday. Pickin' on the
porch is back!
Join us for the next ACOUSTIC JAM at Sterling Golf Swim & Tennis Club.
Sunday April 13, 6:00 PM to 9 PM.
IMPROVED FOOD SERVICE...order your own meal from the bar, it is
delivered by Joe's Pizza, and then pay for it at bar, with your tab,
not the delivery man.
FAIR WARNING: It's a bar environment, with all that entails. It's fun
to play there, if you are inclined toward that.
OPEN FORMAT: This is a FUN, very informal jam. We encourage all kinds
of acoustic music. Bluegrass, newgrass, stained glass, folk,
folk-rock, progressive folk-rock, old country, new country, roots,
blues, jazzy, singer-songwriters with their original thoughts, and
more. Just bring it!
We also have a lot of significant others, groupies and other infamous
characters gathering round as they ignore us and talk (quietly) among
themselves. So if don't play an instrument but would like to engage in
the some profound conversation with a cultured crowd, please drop by.
