All,
My client, Excelsior College, is looking to fill two director level positions in their Washington, DC Center. Excelsior College is a non-for-profit, online college accredited by Middle States. Its mission is to provide educational opportunity to adult learners with an emphasis on those historically underrepresented in higher education. The College meets students where they are — academically and geographically, offering quality instruction and the assessment of learning.
Position 2-- Program Director (PD) for the Master's in Public Administration Program: The PD is responsible for the development and management of our new MPA degree, including, but not limited to, course and curriculum development and review, course scheduling, faculty selection, and faculty management. The PD is also responsible for assisting the School's leadership team in researching, developing, implementing, and marketing additional new degree programs in the area of public service. The PD must have the ability to professionally represent Excelsior College within the academic community. The PD will be well versed in the field of public service, as well as the higher education landscape. Significant experience in online educational environments will be a significant plus. The PD reports to the Assistant Dean of the School of Public Service. This position will be based in our Washington, DC office. Some travel to Excelsior's Albany, NY main campus will be required. read more at: http://www.excelsior.edu/program-director-master-of-public-administration
If you are interested in either position, please feel free to apply directly or to ask me any questions you might have.
