Is anyone familiar with a song with the following lyrics?

A co-worker provided me with a great version recorded on a front porch of "some band from southern West Virgina." Possibly "Bear Springs Connection?" Google doesn't show much of anything for such a band.

I'm looking for the title and the lyrics - the second verse is nearly indiscernible on the recording I have.
