YEP Connect: Edu-Jobs will provide you with the opportunity to engage with leaders representing a wide range of education sectors – including Capitol Hill, the Department of Education, and locally and nationally focused nonprofits and foundations – and discuss strategies for finding, getting, and advancing in a career in education. See below for our exciting list of confirmed facilitators.
The evening will consist of small group discussions where our facilitators will discuss your career goals with you and help you determine the next steps...or even share their own contacts. The event will begin with a brief keynote address by Jason Lody, Executive Director of Sela Public Charter School, and will conclude with 30 minutes of open networking.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Schedule:
5:45-6:30pm: Registration & Refreshments
6:30-8:15pm: Introductions, Keynote Speaker, 3 Facilitated Small Group Discussions
8:15-9:00pm: Closing and Open Networking
