Dear colleagues,
I'm the Recruitment and Outreach Manager at For Love of Children, an educational nonprofit organization providing free educational programs beyond the classroom for low-income DC students in grades 1-12. We're kicking off our recruitment for school year programs, and you're invited to attend a FLOC Partner Breakfast to learn about referring YOUR students to our FREE educational programs this summer and beyond.
Wednesday, August 7 – 9:00-10:00am – 1763 Columbia Road NW
For Love of Children will officially kick off recruitment for school year 2012-2013 programs at this breakfast and information session, which will give new and existing partners a chance to learn everything there is to know about:
You're also welcome and encouraged to invite others to attend the breakfast, either with you or in your place. Are there colleagues at your own schools/organizations who could also refer students? Colleagues at other schools/organizations who should know more about what we do and how to connect their students? Teachers, counselors, principals, youth workers, social workers, and more are all welcome. Just be sure that all attendees RSVP at the link above.
I hope to see many of you here at FLOC on August 7th to help us launch our next wave of new student recruitment!
Yours in partnership,
Elizabeth Metz
