[BloomingdaleActionList] Urgent -- Need People to Testify for Tomorrow's HPRB Hearing on McMillan Park (Thu, 6 Nov 2012, 9-10am)

The DC Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) will meet tomorrow (Thursday, 6 December 2012) beginning at 9:00 AM at 441 4th Street, NW in Room 220-South to hear the revised master plan and design guidelines proposed for McMillan Park by Vision McMillan Partners (VMP). We just learned this afternoon that the Board will re-open the record for public testimony following the VMP presentation. 

Please plan to attend the hearing and testify if at all possible. We can speak in reaction to the VMP presentation rather than having to submit written testimony in advance. 

Remind HPRB that no development is acceptable at McMillan Park until DC Water implements a solution for the inadequate downstream sewage and stormwater infrastructure systems that already operate at over-capacity in Bloomingdale and the adjacent neighborhoods.
