[YEP-DC] Awaken the Power Within: A New Year’s Workshop on Personal Transformation

In addition to working as an educational policy researcher and consultant, I am a yoga instructor.  I will be offering a workshop that may appeal to some of you on the list, especially those who are trying to figure out what the next step should be professionally.

There is power within each of us.  When we are our most authentic selves, that power bursts forth in our thoughts and actions.  Yet, the struggles of everyday life often obscure that most authentic self. 

Join us for an afternoon workshop focused on nurturing the most noble, original, and true sense of you.  The New Year is a great time to begin a process of personal transformation that originates with discovering and empowering the authentic you.  Delve into a deeper awareness and open your heart to focus on your personal goals for 2013.

All levels Vinyasa yoga practice with a personal goal setting, journaling, and discussion.

Please bring a mat and journal. Space is limited. Register early.
