RESEARCH ASSISTANT, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
Position Summary
Bellwether Education Partners is searching for a Research Assistant to work with Andy Smarick, a Partner in Bellwether's Thought Leadership group. This position will have the opportunity to have a major impact within the education reform space and work directly with Bellwether's experienced partners, expert staff, and some of the sector's most influential organizations. The successful candidate will have exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills and be able to work independently and as a member of teams large and small. Other requirements include: curiosity, creativity, entrepreneurialism, organizational skills, quantitative ability, a track record of academic and professional excellence, and an indisputable reputation as a thoughtful, enjoyable colleague. K-12 education reform knowledge preferred.

Bellwether Education Partners is a national nonprofit dedicated to accelerating the achievement of low-income students by providing fresh ideas, conducting timely, actionable research, and contributing to the national discussion of K-12 reform; helping education reform organizations improve their work through a range of advising and consulting services; and placing and developing innovative, effective change agents in the education reform space.
