[YEP-DC] Job Posting - UMD - Research & Assessment Analyst within Student Affairs

We are excited to announce a Research and Assessment Analyst position at the University of Maryland College Park within Student Affairs. This is a position within the Research and Assessment Office of the Department of Resident Life. An overview of the position is as follows:

 

The Research and Assessment Analyst works collaboratively with the Director for Research and Assessment in planning and implementing research and assessment projects for the Department of Resident Life and the Division of Student Affairs. A successful candidate will need to perform two primary functions: (1) the technical and administrative skills needed to conduct projects and (2) the interpersonal skills needed to train and engage staff in practical implications of assessment. This position assists in each phase of the research/assessment process from project development to presentation of results. Typical projects include assessment of student learning outcomes; surveys to measure satisfaction, program and staff evaluation; and special projects related to department or division goals.
