Job Summary | ||
City Schools is improving the accessibility of knowledge resources and the alignment of data sources, tools, processes, and decisions. To do so, the Division of Knowledge Management coordinates knowledge management across offices with the ultimate goal of helping the organization function optimally in service of our schools. Under the leadership of the Achievement and Accountability Officer, the Director of City Schools Knowledge Management will direct and manage efforts to equip professionals at every level of the organization with access to the information they need to do their jobs. The Director of Knowledge Management is responsible for overseeing the project plans, including timelines and key performance indicators, of the team charged with improving City Schools' Knowledge Management. | ||
Essential Functions | ||
· Develops, updates, and communicates strategic plans. · Engages stakeholders, including teachers, principals, and district office colleagues, and ensures collaboration between the Knowledge Management Team and other City Schools' departments around the effective use of data in decision-making.

Qualifications | ||
· Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other applications necessary for efficient and effective project management. · Ability to work effectively in high-paced environment, with deadlines, and multiple stakeholder viewpoints. · Ability to analyze data and systems. | ||
