ES seeks highly effective English Language Arts (ELA) and Math teachers for its seven-week summer program.
Job Description
Emerging Scholars is seeking ELA and Math lead-teachers who are passionate about teaching and learning. ES's seven-week program is an engaging and intensive learning opportunity for highly capable scholars. The curriculum focuses on math, critical thinking, language arts, test taking skills, leadership development... and FUN.
Job Details
✓ Math and Language Arts teachers who seek to make a positive impact on the lives of tomorrow's leaders.
✓ Paid teachers team-building and orientation workshops. The training includes a CPR and First Aid course and certificate.
✓ Seven-week summer program Thursday, June 26 - Friday, August 7 from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and proctor study hall one day a week from 4:00 - 6:00 PM.
✓ Location - Burgundy Farm Country Day School, Alexandria, VA (Huntington Metro Station).
✓ Lead-teacher compensation $4,000.
