Help a teen parent complete college by fulfilling a wish! Generation Hope is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that supports teen parents (Scholars) attending college in the DC region by providing them with tuition assistance and mentoring support. Twice a year, we give our Scholars the opportunity to create a wish list containing items they need for themselves or their children. These items are the tools for success for our Scholars!
We then work with the community to help provide these items. Typically, Scholars request things like diapers, children's books, grocery gift cards, etc. If you would like to provide an item for a teen parent in need, please sign up here: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040D49ABAF29A20-generation4 . You can mail/deliver the items to our office (please be sure they arrive by Wednesday, March 5).
If you have any questions, please contact Generation Hope Program Manager Caroline Griswold at caroline@supportgenerationhope.org or 202-642-5649. Thank you so much in advance for your support!
