[YEP-DC] Sign up to volunteer at YEP-DC's 2nd Annual Policy to Practice Conference!

Dear YEP-DC members,

The annual conference is less than four weeks away, and we need your help in making the event a success!

On March 22nd, we need support from volunteers to:

-set up panel and workshop rooms

-set up and clean up breakfast, lunch and snacks

-welcome conference attendees, help them sign in and direct them to their sessions

-guide facilitators to their rooms, hand out thank-you gifts, and collect surveys

A lot of people, sessions, and moving parts mean that volunteers are key to making the day run smoothly. Please respond to this survey by Monday, March 3rd, if you can help! Email yep.dc.conference@gmail.com if you have any questions.
