ProInspire is pleased to announce 4 scholarships for nonprofit managers in Washington D.C. to be part of our Spring 2014 Managing for Success program.
Managing for Success is a 6-month professional development Fellowship that helps new and recent managers be more effective in their current nonprofit roles. Through interactive workshops, assessments, peer coaching, cohort activities and webinars, this program focuses on four key areas: Managing Self, Managing Individuals, Managing for Results, and Managing in Organizations. To be selected, nonprofit professionals should have responsibility for managing people and/or projects, and be based in the Greater Washington area. Participants should have:
- Responsibility for managing people and/or projects

- Worked in a management role for less than 5 years
- Professionals of any age may apply; the majority of past participants were between 25-40 years old
The deadline for scholarship applicants for the Spring cohort is Monday, February 17th at 5pm EST. Applicants should apply online at http://www.proinspire.org/training/apply-for-managing-for-success/. (Note: in the application, please indicate YEP-DC in the section – "If you are applying for a scholarship through an organization, please indicate that organization's name.")
