Bill
Through the years, I've heard so many of those overnight shows!
I'd always listen to you and your colleagues coming back from playing
the Appalachian Jubilee in Pa. I really treasured those shows on radio,
just after I'd played on stage.
Always made me feel connected.
I'm now hearing you on bluegrass.country, quite frequently. I always listen
on my way down to the Takoma Park Jam. Again, makes me feel connected.
I'm also hearing some of Lisa Kay, Ray Davis (he's knockin' me out
these days!), and Echo. And even a bit of Mike Gear, Lee Michael Dempsey,
and Mary Cliff.
Thank the Lord! They're Manna from Heaven!

As for me, I am now in my 30th year or so with WAMU as a producer and
host of bluegrass music programming.
I salute my departed colleagues: Les McIntyre, Red Shipley, Jerry Gray,
and Tom 'Cat' Reeder.
Thank you for listening. Bill Foster
