Yes, these are the official lines. The key thing to note is a new single member district sits in the heart of Bloomingdale (5E07). It runs from the North side of Randolph to the South side of U. No one who is currently a commissioner lives in that area. Mark Mueller lives on W; Hugh Youngblood lives on R. So 5E07 is an open seat. I have talked with some people about running and a couple have expressed interest in picking up petitions. Petitions, with 25 signatures, are due August 8.I've attached an unofficial map of our new ANC boundaries in Ward 5.
