UPDATE: DPW TO DISTRIBUTE SANDBAGS TODAY AT RFK STADIUM, LOT 7
Distribution to run between 2 pm and 11 pm.

(Washington, DC)  The DC Department of Public Works will make sandbags available to District residents today, Friday, July 20 starting at 2 pm at RFK Stadium, Lot 7.   Residents may take up to five sandbags, which weigh approximately 40 lbs. each.  DPW employees will distribute the sandbags through 11 pm tonight.
