CentroNía is a nationally recognized, multicultural learning community with a pioneering approach to bilingual education.
 
Our Professional Development Week:
We strive to enhance our workplace by providing trainings which strengthen relationships, promote understanding between groups, improve job performance, and equip our staff to acquire knowledge, skills, and abilities to best meet the needs of the children and families we serve. If you have expertise in any of the following areas, you have the ability to make a lasting impact on our staff:
 
-Customer Service

-Stress Management
-Cross-Cultural Understanding
-Computer Literacy
-Time Management
-Grant Writing
-Effectively Leading a Team
-Receiving/Providing Feedback
-SWOT Analysis
-Goal-setting

When:
Now is your chance to help improve our programs and showcase your expertise! Our professional development week is Monday, August 20 - Thursday, August 24, 2012.  You can choose to present on any of these days during the morning or afternoon from 10:00am to 3:00pm.  To volunteer, indicate your preferred topics/availability and please send your resume to jschwartz@CentroNía.org before August 1, 2012. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are strongly encouraged and appreciated!
