[YEP-DC] EVENT: Social Impact Decision-Making Workshop, Dec. 16

Working in a mission-driven education organization, you know how to build consensus and work in challenging environments. But could your organization improve in its decision-making and problem-solving processes?

If so, you might be interested in this pilot session I am helping to organize with my friend Becca Borough through Thinking Dimensions Global, an international management consulting firm. Their core work involves advising CEOs and CIOs on root-cause analysis and critical thinking processes. They are seeking to better understand how their expertise in resolving strategic and operational issues could be applied in the public and nonprofit sector, including in the education field.

They are looking for individuals who have an understanding of the operations and decision-making structures in the public and nonprofit sector to participate in this one-time pilot session. They are especially interested in those working in mid-level positions.

The session will be held on December 16 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. at The Loft at 600 F, which is in the Chinatown/Penn Quarter neighborhood. Limit 16 people. For more information and to register for this free event, visit the event page. If you have questions feel free to email rebecca@thinkingdimensionsassociation.com or jill.matthews@gmail.com
