AFC Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (AFC) is a non-profit organization established in 1990 that provides a wholistic approach to education. AFC assists young people ages five to adulthood to achieve academic success from elementary through high school, prepare for post-secondary educational enrollment and compete for career opportunities in today's society. The mission of AFC is to utilize a skillful staff to empower aspiring youth to become successful adults by providing alternative solutions.

 

Through its signature program, Calling Card for Success©, AFC provides the opportunity for youth to enhance educational, social and career skills. The program uses an online curriculum for education and career learning.

 

What are we looking for?

 

AFC is seeking dedicated men and woman to work as Program Facilitators to provide services to clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

 

 

A Program Facilitator provides educational, social and career enhancement guidance utilizing an online curriculum to at least one youth for a minimum of six months.

(3-hours each week).

 

Requirements:

·              Must successfully complete background investigation (Federal and State)

·              Must successfully complete drug screening and health certification

·              Must have minimum of two years college

·              Must have own computer (laptop) with Wi-Fi capability

·              Must have own transportation (valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance)

 

 Benefits:

·              Immediate start after completion of requirements

·              Contract/Part-time Position (flexible work schedule)

·              Starting salary $17/hr.
