The William E Doar Jr. Public Charter School for the Performing Arts is currently looking for substitute teachers for the 2014-2015 school year! Substitute teachers will have the opportunity to work with PreK-8th grade students. Available work will fluctuate based on the schools' needs.
Mission
The William E. Doar Jr. Public Charter School for the Performing Arts will foster a safe, creative, enjoyable, and culturally sensitive learning environment for all students with the goal of providing a college preparatory curriculum in both academics and the performing arts to produce the next generation of leaders for America and the global society.
Qualifications
• Applicants should possess a belief that all students can achieve excellence, including students from under-served communities or with specialized learning needs.
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
