The Posse Foundation is looking for volunteers to help us select the next generation of Posse Scholars through the Dynamic Assessment Process. Our DAP Volunteer Evaluators are critical to helping us choose the most qualified students in the D.C. Metro Area to receive a full-tuition, leadership merit scholarship to some of the best colleges and universities in the nation.
In particular, we are in need of volunteers for the following interview sessions: September 2nd and 4th at Trinity University in D.C., or September 18th at Discovery Communications in Silver Spring. Note: All DAP sessions take place from 3:30pm-8:30pm.
If you are interested, please email our Program Coordinator- Jomaira Salas at Jomairas@possefoundation.org with your choice for DAP dates and locations by Friday, August 15, 2014. In your email, please also state whether or not you are interested in volunteering for multiple nights. Volunteers cannot be directly affiliated with any of our applicants or nominating institutions.
For our new DAP volunteers, there is also mandatory volunteer training that will take place Thursday, August 21 from 5:30pm-7:00pm at our office.
