**the DC Bluegrass Union just heard that our friends in By & By, who won last years Mid Atlantic Bluegrass Band Competition as part of the 3rd Annual DC Bluegrass Festival, will be performing at the Kennedy Center on Friday March 29th. This is part of the Millennium Stage series. It's at 6:00 PM and it's FREE!!
**The 4th Annual DC Bluegrass Festival starts tonight at 8:00 PM with the band competition, followed at 11:00 with a set from Bill Emerson and Sweet Dixie. This years winner announced right afterwards. Details: http://dcbluegrassfest.org/
