[dcab-l] Bluegrass events

Hi Bluegrass fans,

I just wanted to remind you of a few Bluegrass things going on this week:

1. Its the weekend of the 4th Annual DC Bluegrass Festival at the Holiday Inn in College Park, MD with Larry Sparks, Bill Emerson, Danny Paisley, Remington Ryde, and many others including myself and my band, Jay Armsworthy & Eastern Tradition. We'll take the stage at 1:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. I'm excited for the first performance of 2013 with my new configuration of Eastern Tradition. 2. Also, Jay Armsworthy & Eastern Tradition will be at Scotts Store in Welcome, Maryland on Sunday February 24 starting at 2:00 pm. It's an 80th birthday party for a Mr. Blake, but he and the staff at Scotts invites EVERYONE to come out and celebrate. The best part, admission is FREE and there may even be some food to go with it. So it will be a day to come out and relax and enjoy some Bluegrass music with me and the Eastern Tradition. Again, it is open to the public!
3. And finally, Bluegrass On The Bay will be on FM 107.5 (WNNT) this Friday night from 9 – 11 pm instead of the regular night of Thursday. But you can also catch the program tonight, Wednesday, from 6 – 8 pm, live, on www.worldwidebluegrass.com and you can join me in the chat room.
