YouReach is seeking a part-time Executive Director to lead its DuPont Circle-based, academic enrichment program that serves 35 Hispanic youth. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years professional experience, is bilingual (English and Spanish), brings passion for youth development, and has experience fundraising. The position would start as part-time with a vision of growing to full-time across a two to three-year time horizon.
