We are looking to expand our team by adding five energetic, innovative people committed to improving student learning and achievement, and moving the nation's public schools beyond the status quo.Director of Human Capital: Drives and oversees the firm's recruitment, selection, onboarding, professional support and evaluation, professional development and career pathways. The location for this position is flexible.
Director of Organizational Knowledge: Drives and oversees the firm's organizational knowledge and learning, knowledge management, knowledge sharing and intellectual capital contributions to the education field. The location for this position is flexible.
Consultant: Manages client relationships and directs the work of firm engagements in teacher & leader effectiveness and college & career readiness. The location for this position is flexible.
Policy Analyst: Serves as research lead on project teams and ensures client deliverables meet basic research standards. While the location is flexible, strong preference will be given to candidates living in or willing to relocate to the Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Washington D.C. areas.
Administrative Assistant: Provides deep support for firm operations and assists a number of other team members with administrative tasks. While the location is flexible, strong preference will be given to candidates in the Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Washington D.C. or Denver, CO, areas.
