[YEP-DC] Global Campaign for Education-US Student Advocacy Training

Hello Everyone,

The Global Campaign for Education-US Chapter (www.gce-us.org) is hosting a Student Advocacy Training (ages 18-24) in Washington, D.C., April 19-22. Twenty students will be able to participate in seminars hosted by members of our coalition (http://www.campaignforeducationusa.org/coalition-members) that will focus on advocacy around global education and the issues (e.g. child marriage, poverty, geography etc) that hinder children and youth around the world from accessing quality education. Students will learn about how to talk to their networks and politicians about these issues and how to organize around them to bring about change.

The application link is below. Each applicant will need to complete the application and provide one letter of recommendation to be considered. The training is all expenses (lodging, travel and food) paid.
