[YEP-DC] Manager, Training and Implementation - Ellevation Education

Ellevation Education (www.ellevationeducation.com)  is hiring a Manager, Training & Implementation to support its rapid customer acquisition. The individual will be responsible for building a team of training professionals to ensure a consistent, high-quality, rigorous training and coaching experience for all Ellevation customers. The ideal candidate will have experience training professional educators; should have a passion for process and operations that ensure consistent excellence; will be an eager learner capable of mastering the nuances of ESL program management and Ellevation software products; and will be entrepreneurial and interested in helping grow an early-stage organization. In addition to the focus on the training of new customers as they are on boarded, a strong candidate will have the ability to understand the needs of customers and innovate on how best to provide ongoing support through technology, webinars, and other means. Prior experience as an ESL administrator is desirable but not necessary. Some travel will be necessary to monitor training programs and deliver in-person training, but most activity will be based at Ellevation headquarters in Boston.  As a fast-growing, mission-driven startup, the candidate must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial organization. Salary will be competitive, with opportunities for professional growth, and the position will report to the CEO.
