Education Pioneers needs talented analysts to accelerate excellence in education from outside of the classroom. If you have a bachelor's degree, experience in a highly analytical role, and a passion to help transform our nation's public education system, we want to hear from you.
The Education Pioneers Analyst Fellowship is a 10-month, full-time, paid leadership development program. Analyst Fellows use the business and analytical skills they developed in the private sector to lead and manage strategic, data-based projects in some of the nation's largest school districts, top charter school organizations, state departments of education and other education nonprofits. Analyst Fellows receive professional development, on-the-job training and mentoring, as well as access to Education Pioneer's powerful and growing alumni network.
THE ANALYST FELLOWSHIP OFFERS:

• Compensation: $45K for ten months, plus health benefits - $54K annualized

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated track record of academic excellence and leadership
• Proficient or advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a highly analytical role, preferably:
• As a Consultant or Analyst
• In finance, strategy, marketing, or operations
• Energetic, self-starter who drives to results
• Ten-month commitment to the program, including participation in all mandatory events and Convenings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Two years (by September 2013) of full-time professional work experience (excluding undergraduate summer work)
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities
• Proven project management skills, including attention to detail and demonstrated achievement of project outcomes
• A strong commitment to Education Pioneers' mission and core values of courage, optimism, collaboration, and action
