TNTP (The New Teacher Project) is looking for a Talent Management Coach and Site Manager to help charter school leaders conduct meaningful evaluations and professional development for their teachers. The Talent Management Coach will need experience ensuring teachers and schools raise student achievement, as well as excellent organizational and analytical skills. The Site Manager will have a profound impact on charter schools in DC, overseeing strategic decision-making in our coaching work, analyzing data to drive strategy and proposing solutions to any challenges we face in helping school leaders succeed.
