[YEP-DC] Immediate Hire: Education organizers - Washington, DC

Are you a community organizer that enjoys canvassing for a cause? Are you passionate about ensuring today's young people receive the best possible education? Are you committed to social justice? If so, we want your resume.

Democracy Builders is currently hiring one full-time and many part-time organizers for work in Washington, DC. As a member of our team, you'll be educating families about high quality school options available to them. Additionally, you'll empower families to demand more high quality school options in a city that has too few.

The part-time roles pay $12-18/hr, depending on experience level and performance. Organizers work at least 20 hrs/wk, starting immediately. All hires will be trained.

The full-time role will assist our Regional Manager with managing multiple campaigns. Full-time staff members are provided with a competitive salary, full benefits, and a working environment that includes all the necessary technology and resources to succeed.
