[YEP-DC] Scholarships available! -- Peer Learning Community for Emerging Education Leaders in DC

EdFuel is excited to announced that it will offer a limited number of partial scholarships for young professionals who want to join the DC Emerging Leaders Peer Learning Community -- A PLC for entry to mid-level non-instructional ed professional with high potential to hone their management skills set, solve problems collaboratively, and develop a deeper professional network. The first of eight monthly meetings starts in October, and spots are filling up fast.

Peer Learning Communities

A PLC is a working group of 8-14 education professionals who collaborate to think through issues in their respective positions and exchange best practices to improve their performance. Monthly meetings start in October.
  • Emerging Leaders: For high potential early to mid-career professionals
  • Leaders of Color: For minority leaders
  • Right on the Money in collaboration with Charter School Business Management: For finance and business operation professionals
  • The Talent Pipeline in collaboration with EdPlus Consulting: For human resource professionals

Executive Leadership and Functional Coaching

Accelerate the development of leadership abilities and of critical functional skillsets in one-on-one coaching with a trained expert. Coaching provides for more individualized, more engaged, and more context-specific learning. EdFuel offers coaches who are steeped in education reform and who cover a diverse range of leadership and functional expertise.
 

Performance Management Workshop Series

Four-part webinar series on on relevant performance management topics: Improving mission alignment and employee engagement, setting clear and agreed upon expectations, building a high performance culture, and deepening your talent base.
 

Design Challenge Weekend - Changing the Race Dynamic

An engaging and collaborative weekend of Design Thinking. Professionals from across organizations will come together to learn how racial issues affect public education. Participants will design out-of-the-box solutions to address issues of racial inequity.
