Teach Plus has an immediate opening within their DC program for a leadership coach to oversee the T3 Initiative based in five DC public schools this fall. The Washington, DC Link Leadership Coach will be responsible for leadership coaching and instructional support as well as design and delivery of high impact training to principals and T3's school-based coaches and teacher leaders. Ideal candidates for the position should have an exceptional track record as a teacher and instructional leader, a relentless focus on data analysis to inform instruction and make decisions, leadership development and inquiry facilitation expertise, and literacy and/or math instructional coaching experience.
