Reading Partners is seeking a professional, dynamic, self-motivated leader to be the executive director in our Washington, DC region. S/he will oversee programs serving 15+ elementary schools, lead a program, development, and administrative team of six full-time staff and 20 or more AmeriCorps members, and have partnership development and bottom line fiscal responsibility for the region.
Lead and inspire a dynamic team of literacy program professionals
Manage all aspects of program operations in Washington, DC; strategic planning, program delivery, quality assurance, and staff supervision. The program director oversees programming for 15 schools in Washington, DC, in part by managing and coaching a staff of three program managers and two or more AmeriCorps regional site coordinators.
