Let me forward this request to the some light repair specialists and see what happens.  Do you have access to the pole number (usually about 10-15 feet off the ground is a back number on a yellow background starting with the number "5")?

It's my opinion that the light being out contributed to a break-in of a neighbor's vehicle...which I included in my service request. Appreciate your assistance with this.
