Dear YEP!
Want to help close the opportunity gap for DC area middle school students?
By leveraging the power of communities, Higher Achievement’s proven model provides a rigorous summer and afterschool learning environment, caring role models, and a culture of high expectations, resulting in college-bound scholars with the character, confidence, and skills to succeed. Scholars commit to 4 years of the academic program.
We are in need of 122 Mentors and 75 Study Hall Aides for this academic year.
The commitment is one evening per week from October to May; Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday; Mentors- 6-8pm; Study Hall Aides- 3:30-6 pm.
Choose from subjects in Math, Literature, or one of our Seminar topics. Lessons, training, and on-site support are all provided!
