Leading Educators develops teacher-leaders in order to increase faculty effectiveness, retain talented educators, and ultimately raise student achievement in high-need schools. We aim to ensure that public education successfully trains its middle leaders, to extend the reach of our best teachers and bolster the pipeline of future principals.
Leading Educators is recruiting outstanding facilitators to grow our facilitator pool and deliver leadership development training across our Leading Educators Fellowship and customized programs. Outstanding facilitation that challenges participants to openly reflect on their practice, learn new skills and concepts, and develop themselves and their teams is essential to achieving our mission by empowering participants and developing exceptional teacher-leaders.
