[YEP-DC] Job Posting: Database Coordinator at the National College Access Network

Database Coordinator

Job Description

The National College Access Network is seeking a full-time professional well versed in association management software; preferably ClearVantage. Responsibilities include membership and event database maintenance, management and Crystal report generation; creating and launching new events in this software; working on annual membership renewal efforts; and assisting in event coordinating and logistics. The successful candidate will manage mailing lists and groups maintained through the organization's ClearVantage database, and assist with the management of event, membership and other invoices.

Job Requirements and Experience

  •  3-5 years of experience using, managing and maintaining association and event management software, preferably ClearVantage.
  • Experience creating and running Crystal reports.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with databases and Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Experience with event coordination.
  • Familiarity with general office responsibilities and procedures.
  • Familiarity with website maintenance preferred.

Education: Minimum of high school diploma; some college preferred.

Type: Non-exempt

Level: Experienced

Telecommuting Allowed: Maximum of one day/week

Salary: Commensurate with experience
