[YEP-DC] CCSS professional learning opportunity for teachers!

Teach Plus DC's Cutting to the Core

Cutting to the Core (C2) grew out of Teach Plus DC’s successful teacher-led Common Core conference in May of 2013. Implementing the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) represents a significant instructional shift for teachers and students alike, and requires opportunities for meaningful continuous professional learning that reaches across schools and is led by teachers themselves. C2 is a teacher-led professional learning series through which teachers come together to collaboratively learn from each other about the Common Core (including implementation challenges and solutions, and instructional strategies, practices, and materials). Last semester, on average 95% of participants said they would recommend C2 to their colleagues!

 

Save the dates for semester 2: Feb. 26, Mar. 19, Apr. 21, and May 23 – Earn two professional learning units at each session!
